粤港澳大湾区高职旅游教育发展路径研究--以文旅融合为背景

摘　　要：文化与旅游产业的融合已成为新时代经济发展的新动能,旅游业人才需求的转变给予高职旅游教育新的机遇和挑战。分析文旅融合背景下粤港澳大湾区高职院校旅游教育情况,发现粤港澳大湾区高职院校存在旅游教育发展规模、专业设置与文旅产业发展不完全契合、文化课程建设停滞不前以及专业师资能力不足问题,需要通过粤港澳大湾区高职院校针对旅游教育发展与政府、企业进一步深化产教融合、优化专业结构、完善课程文化建设以及专业师资队伍建设,推进粤港澳大湾区高职旅游教育的开放合作,更好地促进文旅融合。The integration of culture and tourism industry has become a new driving force of economic development in the new era,and the change of tourism talent demand gives new opportunities and challenges to higher vocational tourism education.By analyzing the tourism education situation of higher vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area under the background of cultural and tourism integration,it is found that there are some problems in higher vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,such as the imperfect scale of tourism education development,the incompatibility between the professional setting and the development of cultural and tourism industry,the stagnation of cultural curriculum construction and the insufficiency of professional teachers.It is necessary for higher vocational colleges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to further deepen the integration of industry and education,optimize the professional structure,improve the curriculum and culture construction and the construction of professional teachers,so as to promote the opening and cooperation of higher vocational tourism education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to attain the better integration of culture and tourism.
