摘  要:针对青海某低品位铜铅锌矿石开展铜铅混选新型捕收剂试验研究。研究结果表明,铜铅混选选择硫酸锌作闪锌矿抑制剂、新型药剂8230CN+8250CN作捕收剂、MIBC为起泡剂,经一粗三精三扫试验流程,获得铅精矿Pb品位68.34%、回收率93.16%,铅精矿Cu品位1.76%、回收率41.23%,较原有药剂制度铅铜回收率分别提高了1.45%和13.56%。The new type collecting agent experimental study for copper-lead mixing flotation was carried out for one low grade copper-lead-zinc ore in Qinghai.Study results show,in copper-lead mixing flotation process,zinc sulfate was used as the inhibitor depressor of sphalerite,8230CN+8250CN was used as the new type collecting agent,MIBC was used as foaming agent,after the test process that one time rough selection,three times cleaning concentration and three times mineral sweeping,we can get lead concentrate with 68.34%Pb grade,which recovery rate is 93.16%,lead concentrate with 1.76%Cu grade,which recovery rate is 41.23%,the parameters were increased by 1.45%and 13.56%separately compared with the lead and copper recovery rate under the original reagent system.
