摘 要:针对云南某公司每年自产约6万t的低品位氧化铅锌矿铅锌品位低、直接进入湿法炼锌流程生产成本高及技术经济指标较差等问题,采用熔化炉+烟化炉还原挥发工艺以低品位氧化铅锌矿搭配自产酸浸渣,将物料中的有价金属Pb、Zn、Ge、Ag富集于氧化锌烟尘中。生产实践表明,在熔化炉氧化铅锌矿∶酸浸渣∶石英砂配料比例为3.33∶5.83∶1下,Pb、Zn、Ge、Ag等有价金属生产综合回收率分别达到99.2%、92.83%、93.13%、99.22%,实现低品位氧化铅锌矿的综合回收处理,解决了堆存带来的各种困难和环保隐患,降低铅锌冶炼的原料成本。About 60000 t low grade lead-zinc oxide ore were produced by one Yunnan company has low grade of lead and zinc,if the ore is direct feed into zinc hydro-metallurgy flow,the production cost shall be high,and the technical-economic indicators shall be poor,and so on,therefore we adopted the reduction and volatilization process by melting furnace+fuming furnace,we used the low grade lead-zinc oxide and the home-made acid for leaching residues,so the valuable metals Pb,Zn,Ge and Ag can be enriched in zinc oxide fume.Production practice shows that the lead-zinc oxide ore in melting furnace∶when the proportioning ratio of acid leaching residues∶quartz sand is 3.33∶5.83∶1,the comprehensive recovery rate of valuable metals that Pb,Zn,Ge and Ag separately were 99.2%,92.83%,93.13%,99.22%,it is realized the comprehensive recovery treatment of low grade lead-zinc oxide ore,it is resolved the various difficulties and environmental risks brought by storage,and it is reduced the material cost of lead-zinc smelting.
