摘  要:以电解铝液铸轧制备高级包装铝箔坯料为研究对象,研究了其在不同中间退火技术参数下的组织性能。通过对电解铝液铸轧制备高级包装铝箔坯料组织性能进行分析对比,得出了制备高级包装铝箔坯料的最佳中间退火技术参数。结果表明:当中间退火温度为380℃,保温时间为4 h,电解铝液铸轧制备高级包装铝箔坯料组织性能最佳,且晶粒尺寸稳定分布在(20~25)μm,有利于后续轧制及内部针孔缺陷的控制,满足客户使用要求。Aluminum foil blank for advanced packaging is produced by electrolytic aluminum roll casting,It is taken as the study object to study its organizational performances under the different technical parameters of intermediate annealing.The organizational performance of aluminum foil blank for advanced packaging produced by electrolytic aluminum roll casting was analyzed and compared,therefore it is found the optimal technical parameters of intermediate annealing for preparation of aluminum foil blank for advanced packaging.Results show:when the intermediate annealing temperature is 380℃,the heat preservation period ia 4 h,the organizational performance of aluminum foil blank for advanced packaging produced by electrolytic aluminum roll casting is the best,the grain size stable distribute on(20~25)μm,which is benefit for controlling of internal pinhole defects and the subsequent rolling,it can meet the requirements of clients.
