摘  要:简述了动力波湿式收尘系统的结构、原理及优点,介绍了动力波湿式收尘新工艺在分银炉冶炼上的应用情况,该工艺可有效解决分银炉高含尘、含硒烟气的收尘和净化问题。脉冲式布袋收尘后外排烟气的含尘一般(150~200)mg/Nm^(3),而采用动力波系统对烟气进行净化和除尘后,外排烟气均可以降到80 mg/Nm^(3)以下,实现烟气含尘的达标排放,同时Ag回收率由95.3%提高到95.7%;Se回收率由50%提高到80%。The structure,principle and advantages of dynamic wave wet dust collection system is briefed,the application of new dynamic wave wet dust collection process on silver smelting converter is introduced,the problems that the collection and purification of high dust content,selenium-bearing fume from silver smelting converter can be solved effectively by using the process.The dust content of discharged fume normally is(150~200)mg/Nm^(3) after treatment by pulse bag dust collector,and the dust content of discharged fume can be decreased below 80 mg/Nm^(3) after treatment by dynamic wave system,it is realized the up-to-standard discharge of dust fume,and at the same time,the recovery rate of Ag is increased from 95.3%to 95.7%,the recovery rate of Se is increased from 50%to 80%.
