磷生铁含量超出控制范围的原因分析及控制

摘　　要：磷生铁中碳、硅、锰、磷、硫五大元素对电解生产至关重要,生产中控制碳、硅、磷、硫元素在标准范围的合格率为37%~54%,通过磷生铁五大元素在浇铸过程的作用及性能分析、生产中元素值升高或降低原因分析,制定了磷生铁浇铸生产检验企业标准,优化调整了控制参数和生产过程控制要求及分析检验要求,实现了生产中控制碳、硅、锰、磷、硫元素在标准范围的合格率为88.17%~96.95%。There are five elements(carbon,silicon,manganese,phosphorus,sulfur)in phosphorus pig iron,they are very important for electrolytic production;in production process,the qualified rate of carbon,silicon,phosphorus,sulfur in standard range was 37%~54%,we analyzed the function and performance of five elements in phosphorus pig iron in casting process,and the reasons of increasing or decreasing of element value,therefore we set company standards for production and inspection of phosphorus pig iron casting,we also optimized and adjusted the control parameters and production process controlling requirements,thus we made the qualified rate of carbon,silicon,manganese,phosphorus,sulfur in standard range was 88.17%~96.95%.
