摘　　要：针对罐式煅烧炉运行中出现的烟气无组织排放、首二层温度提升困难、石油焦煅烧脱硫率高、炉子“放炮”频繁等问题,通过分析研究,提出了对预热空气排放方式进行改造、对外排的预热空气加以回收利用、进一步规范罐式炉日常操作方式方法和改进生产组织等方法和措施,取得了稳定罐式炉热工工艺条件、改善现场操作环境、延长罐式炉使用寿命等效果。In the operation process of pot calciner has the following problems that unorganized emission fume,temperature increasing difficulty,high desulfuration rate of petroleum coke calcination,frequency abnormal noise of furnace and so on,we did the analysis and study,we proposed to improve the preheated air discharge method,to recycle the externally discharged preheated air,to normalize the daily operation ways of pot calciner and to improve the production organization,therefore we got the following results,such as stabilization of thermal process conditions of pot calciner,improvement of on-site operating environment,extension the life time of pot calciner and so on.
