摘　　要：介绍了提升机调速器的原理和功能,针对老旧直流调速器存在信号干扰、加速过程中急停、控制精度低等问题,进行了直流调速器更换、使用双环控制设置、优化调试等升级改造,改造后的调速系统运行稳定、故障率低、控制精度高。The principle and function of DC drives of hoist is introduced,the old DC drive has the problems like signal interference,emergency stop during acceleration,low control accuracy and so on,therefore DC drives were replaced,the dual-loop control settings were used,optimal debugging was done,as well as the other upgrading measures,the operation of the speed regulation system after transformation is stable,it has low failure rate and high control accuracy.
