山东抗日根据地黄金矿业之探究

摘　　要：全面抗战时期,中共山东党组织依托地区丰富的黄金矿藏优势,积极发展山东抗日根据地的黄金矿业,中共山东党组织加强矿政管理、制定采矿条例、征收黄金矿租、鼓励多种所有制共同发展,不仅开采生产出了大量黄金,而且基本实现了黄金来源渠道的多元化。这些黄金一部分运到敌占区换取根据地的所需物资;其余运往延安支援党中央。在中共艰苦卓绝的抗战进程中,山东抗日根据地黄金矿业的发展是中共独立自主进行经济建设和开辟财源的重要体现。During the Anti-Japanese war,depending on the rich gold resources in Shandong,the Shandong organization of CPC had actively developed the gold mining industry of Shandong Anti-Japanese bases.In order to promote the development of gold mining industry,the Shandong organization of CPC took various development measures.Strengthening the management of gold mining administration,formulating the regulations of gold exploration,collecting the gold mine rent,and encouraging the common development of various forms of ownership,were all the development measures taken by the Shandong organization of CPC.Through the development of gold mining industry,the Shandong organization of CPC not only exploited and produced a lot of gold,but also basically realized the diversification of gold source channels.After obtaining gold,the Shandong organization of CPC used gold to exchange materials for the base areas from the enemy occupied areas;meanwhile,it transported gold to Yan’an to provide material support for the central of CPC.In the arduous course of the Anti-Japanese War,the development of gold mining industry in Shandong Anti-Japanese bases was an important reflection of the CPC’s independent economic construction and the exploiting financial resources.
