摘  要:变电站二次设备常采用直流供电,直流系统正常运行是保护装置正确动作、测控装置正常监视的基础。本文介绍了一起保护越级跳闸事件中变电站直流失压原因分析,通过对站用低压交流系统、站用直流系统及故障发生前电网运行情况分析,推导出直流系统监视控制器设计缺陷和直流蓄电池开路是导致直流失压的直接原因,并提出了整改建议以避免类似事件发生。Secondary equipment in substations are often DC-powered.Normal operation of the DC system is the basis for the correct operation of the protection devices and the normal monitoring of the measurement and control devices.In this paper,the cause of a DC voltage loss of a substation in a protection overstep tripping event is determined.Through analysis of the substation auxiliary DC and low-voltage AC systems as well as and grid operation condition before the fault,it is deduced that the design defect of the DC system monitoring controller and the open circuit of the DC battery are the direct causes of the DC voltage loss.Rectification suggestions are proposed to avoid recurrence of similar incidents.
