摘 要:通过对某换流站HSP公司生产的±500 kV直流穿墙套管开展解体检查,并结合安装调试、运行情况、生产运输情况、生产工艺等方面开展分析,确定了故障原因为空心复合绝缘子采用过盈配合工艺,由于过盈配合安全裕度偏小,配合表面设计不合理、胶黏剂选用不当和工艺控制不良等原因,运行中法兰和玻璃钢筒在弯曲负荷和内压力共同作用下发生相对位移,致使出现界面间隙,最终导致套管漏气。最后从同批次产品处置、过盈配合工艺、出厂试验顺序等几方面提出改进建议,为后续直流穿墙套管选型、生产等方面提供借鉴。Through disassembly inspection of the±500 kV HVDC wall bushing produced by HSP company in a converter station,and combined with the analysis from aspects of installation and commissioning,operation,production and transportation,and production technology,it was determined that the fault was caused by the interference fit process in hollow composite insulators.Due to the small security margin of interference fit,the unreasonable design of the fit surface,the improper selection of adhesives and the poor process control,the flange and the fiberglass reinforced plastic cylinder underwent relative displacement under the combined action of bending load and internal pressure during the operation,which resulted in the interfacial gap and eventually led to gas leakage in the bushing.Finally,improvement suggestions are proposed concerning handling of the same batch of products,the interference fit process and the factory test sequence,so as to provide a reference point for the selection and production of HVDC wall bushings.
