摘 要:以广西某无碳复写纸生产企业为例,对该企业的无碳复写纸涂料废水采用一级物化(高效废水净化器)、生化(塔式生物滤池)和深度氧化(Fenton氧化法)相结合的处理工艺。结果表明,该工艺对无碳复写纸涂料废水的COD_(Cr)去除率达97.8%、BOD_(5)去除率达98.3%、SS去除率达95.9%,处理后的废水水质指标均达到了GB 3544-2008规定的排放标准。Taking a carbonless copy paper manufacturer in Guangxi as an example,the wastewater of carbonless copy paper coating was treated with a combination of primary physicochemical method(high-efficiency wastewater purifier),biochemical method(tower biological filter)and deep oxidation(Fenton oxidation).The results showed that COD_(Cr) removal rate of this process was 97.8%,the BOD_(Cr) removal rate was 98.3%,and the SS removal rate was 95.9%for wastewater of carbonless copy paper coating.All of quality indicators of the treated wastewater met the discharge standards stipulated in GB 3544—2008.
