漂白硫酸盐木浆生产线改产溶解浆工程实践

摘　　要：本文结合工程实例,通过对既有漂白硫酸盐木浆生产线改造,实现漂白硫酸盐木浆生产线兼产溶解浆的工程概况进行了介绍。对既有设备材质更换,新增预水解系统、蒸汽系统、水系统、化学品等系统改造进行了阐述,并对碱回收系统的影响进行了介绍。实践证明,传统硫酸盐制浆改造为溶解浆是可行的,改造后企业可根据市场情况切换浆种,从而实现最大盈利。Combined with engineering examples,the engineering overview of the production line of bleached kraft wood pulp and dissolving pulp through the convertion of the existing bleached kraft wood pulp production line was introduced in this paper.The material replacement of existing equipment,the addition of pre-hydrolysis system,the convertion of steam system,water system,chemicals and other systems were expounded,and the influence of alkali recovery system was introduced.It was shown that it was feasible to converted traditional kraft pulping into dissolved pulp.After the convertion,enterprises could switch pulp types according to market conditions to achieve maximum profit.
