摘  要:为了确保环锭细纱机集体落纱系统的凸盘输送装置高效、稳定、匀速、无冲击地完成细纱机与纱管的交换,分析钢带式凸盘输送机构和推爪式凸盘输送机构的基本原理和优缺点,提出基于齿廓啮合基本定律的齿轮齿条式共轭传动结构。从几何角度分析、推导二者啮合轨迹线和拨轮齿廓曲线的数学表达式,并根据齿廓啮合的连续传动条件,设计拨轮直接拨动凸盘底座和销齿传动2种方式。指出:采用共轭啮合拨轮传动的凸盘输送方案,通过齿轮的共轭啮合和连续传动,能使集体落纱系统适应细纱机向超高速、超长锭、智能化方向发展。In order to ensure that convex plate conveying device of collective doffing system of ring spinning frame is efficient,stable,uniform,no impact to complete the exchange of spinning frame and tube,the basic principle and advantages and disadvantages of steel-belt type convex plate conveying mechanism and claw type convex plate conveying mechanism are analyzed,and gear and rack type conjugate transmission structure based on the basic law of tooth profile meshing is put forward.The mathematical expressions of the meshing track line and the gear tooth profile curve of the two gears are analyzed and derived from geometric.According to the continuous transmission conditions of the gear tooth meshing,two ways of the gear directly towing the convex disc base and pin gear transmission are designed.It is pointed out that convex plate conveying scheme adopting conjugate meshing gear conveying,by conjugate meshing and continuous transmission,can make the collective doffer system adapt to the spinning frame to super high speed,super long spindle,intelligent direction of development.
