摘　　要：为了提升纱线质量,分析突发性短粗节纱疵的影响因素,以生产中2次突发性纱疵为例详述其影响因素分析和查找的过程,提出做好基础管理、控制条干不良的措施。指出:突发性短粗节主要产生于梳棉、并条和粗纱工序,主要影响因素是精梳条的棉结数量和粗纱通道状态,与梳理器材、粗纱后末并牵伸皮带嵌花、温湿度状态相关;纱疵的产生涉及人机料法环各方面,出现纱疵异常需从各工序查找原因并制定措施,同时加强基础管理,杜绝机件运转状态不良引发突发性纱疵。In order to improve the yarn quality,the influencing factors of sudden yarn defects of short slubs are analyzed,the analysis and search process of the influencing factors for sudden yarn defects are described taking the sudden yarn defects occurred twice in production as examples,and the measures of basic management and controlling bad evenness are put forward.It is pointed out that the sudden yarn defects of short slubs mainly occur in carding,drawing and roving processes,and the main influencing factors are the number of neps of combed sliver and the state of roving passage.The sudden yarn defects are related to carding accessories,the entangling of drawing belt at the end of roving,and the state of temperature and humidity.The occurrence of yarn defects involves all aspects of the man,machine,material,method and environment.The reasons for abnormal yarn defects should be found in each process and measures should be taken.Meanwhile,basic management should be strengthened to prevent sudden yarn defects caused by poor operation state of machine parts.
