摘 要:为了提高轻薄棉莱赛尔交织平纹织物织造效率,介绍依据防钻绒平纹织物规格与织造难度系数、结合自产纱线质量指标,设计出以C 5.83tex纱为经纱、以莱赛尔6.56tex纱为纬纱、经密为787.5根/(10cm)、纬密为649.5根/(10cm)、幅宽为308.5cm的防羽布。分析该防羽布在织造过程中存在织物紧度大、经纱易断头和纬纱织口回退,以及整经、浆纱、穿筘和织造各工序的技术难点和要点。结果表明,控制整经车速、张力、卷绕均匀,采用“双浸、双压、双浆槽,高压、高浓、低粘”的经纱上浆思路和“小张力、大梭口、高后梁、早引纬”的双轴织造工艺,织造棉与莱赛尔比例为52∶48、坯布克重为91.7g/m^(2)、织造难度系数为36.7的轻薄棉莱赛尔交织平纹织物,在车速为510r/min时,织机效率可达83%。In order to improve the weaving efficiency of light cotton/lyocell interwoven plain weave fabric,a down-proof fabric with a width of 308.5cm is designed by using C 5.83tex warp yarn,lyocell 6.56tex weft yarn,warp density of 787.5/(10cm)and weft density of 649.5/(10cm),according to the specifications and weaving difficulty coefficient of anti-boring plain weave fabric,and combined with the quality index of self-produced yarn.The problems in weaving process are analyzed,such as fabric tightness is high,warp yarn breaks easily,and weft clothfell rollbacks.The technical difficulties and key points of warping,sizing,reed and weaving process are analyzed.The results show that after controlling warping speed,tension and winding as even,adopting warp sizing idea of“double dipping,double pressure,double size boxes,high pressure,high consistency and low viscosity”and biaxial weaving technology of“small tension,large shuttle,high back beam and early weft insertion”,the loom efficiency can reach 83%at510r/min when the ratio of woven cotton to lyocell is 52∶48,gram weight of grey cloth is 91.7g/m^(2)and the weaving difficulty coefficient is 36.7.
