摘 要:为了推动梳并联技术的进步,从机组产能平衡的制约、纤维弯钩方向的改变、棉条缓存器的工艺与结构和机组运行管理策略4方面分析制约梳并联技术发展因素的突破方向,并阐述梳并联技术的应用价值。指出:采取“多供一缓存式”梳并联技术方案,实现梳棉与并条工序间生产的自动化和连续化;采用头道并合数为4~6根的工艺配置,研究梳棉到细纱工序数“奇数配置”对纤维弯钩的影响,用主动输送式缓存器实现棉条的增容圈放与同步无损输送,提出以速度换取缓存时间的运行管理策略,突破了“多供一缓存式”梳并联机组的应用障碍;梳并联技术的探索与创新可促进纺纱行业降本增效、管理升级与技术进步。In order to promote the progress of card-drawing unit technology,the breakthrough direction of the factors restricting the development of card-drawing unit technology is analyzed from four aspects of restriction of unit capacity balance,change of fiber hook direction,process and structure of sliver cache and operation management strategy of the unit,and the application value of card-drawing unit technology is expounded.It is pointed out that the automatic and continuous production between carding and drawing process can be realized by adopting the card-drawing unit technology scheme of“several supply and one caching type”.The process configuration of the number of first passage drawing of 4~6is used,the influence of“odd configuration”on fiber hook from carding process to spining process is studied,the active conveying cache is used to realize capacitive can coiler placing and synchronous lossless transmission of silver,and the operation management strategy of exchange rate for cache time is put forward,which breaks through the application obstacle of“several supply and one caching type”card-drawing unit machines.The exploration and innovation of card-drawing unit technology can promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement,management upgrading and technical progress in spinning industry.
