棉纱质量微观管理控制分析

摘　　要：为了提高纱线品质和布面质量,详细阐述原料微观管理与微疵点的关系、清梳联精梳工序微观管理与微纱疵和织物疵点的关系、微尘对棉纱微疵点的影响,以及往复式细纱风机清洁和风箱式清洁器对细纱微尘的控制;通过试验数据统计,分析纺纱过程中细小纱疵对棉纱疵点和布面疵点的影响,说明纺纱企业做好微观管理的重要性。指出:微观管理体现在细节管理方面,实施标准化管理、数据化管理,是原料、纺纱工艺、纺纱器材、棉纱以及织物质量控制的基石,也是纺纱厂降低生产成本、稳定棉纱质量的关键;纺纱企业要控制微疵点,须制定微观管理制度,建立多工序、多指标微观管理模式,完善微观管理控制标准。In order to improve yarn quality and fabric quality,the relationship between micromanagement of raw materials and micro-defects,the relationship between micro-management of combing process of blowing-carding unit and micro-defects and fabric defects,the influence of dust on cotton yarn micro-defects,and the control of reciprocating spinning fan cleaning and air box cleaner on fine yarn dust are described in detail.The influence of fine yarn defects on cotton and fabric defects in spinning process is analyzed by statistical test data,which indicates the importance of micro-management for spinning enterprises.It is pointed out that micro-management is reflected in detail management;standardized management and data management are the cornerstone of quality control of raw materials,spinning process,spinning accessories,cotton yarn and fabric,and the key to reduce production costs and stabilize cotton yarn quality in spinning enterprises.In order to control the micro-defects,spinning enterprises must establish the micro-management system,establish the multi-process and multi-index micro-management mode and perfect the micro-management control standard.
