高挥发分低价俄国煤在新型干法水泥窑的应用

摘　　要：为有效降低自产熟料生产成本,哈尔滨水泥有限公司于近几年开始陆续进厂使用了低价高挥发分俄国煤,并逐步减少了高价原煤的供货比例。文章分析了该低价俄国煤的特点,介绍了低价俄国煤与普通煤配合使用后对水泥生产的影响。因高挥发分俄煤的运用,公司得以重新启动ZGM80G煤磨,年可节约421.7万元,效益显著。In order to effectively reduce the production cost of self-produced clinker, Harbin Cement Co., Ltd. has successively used Russian coal with low price and high volatile content, and gradually reduced the supply proportion of high price raw coal in recent years. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the low-cost Russian coal, and introduces the influence of the combination of low-cost Russian coal and ordinary coal on cement production. Due to the application of high volatile Russian coal, the company was able to restart ZGM80G coal mill, which can save 4.217 million yuan a year and achieve remarkable benefits.
