文蒙铁路引入蒙自铁路地区方案研究

摘　　要：文蒙铁路是中长期铁路规划中的西南沿边铁路和云南省规划的“三横四纵”铁路网骨架的重要组成部分,是云南人出省和货物下海的新通道,在路网中具有重要意义和作用。根据蒙自铁路地区内既有和在建铁路概况、车流特点,结合城市总体规划及客运需求等因素,研究了蒙自站接轨和红河站接轨两大方案。通过对线路走向、工程代价及旅客出行等方面进行综合比选后,推荐接轨蒙自站沿昆玉河东侧引入方案,从而实现文蒙铁路与地区内各线的互联互通,并提出对应蒙自铁路地区总图格局,对后续规划线路引入、城市规划布局具有重要意义。The Wenshan-Mengzi Railway is an integral part of the mid-long term railway plan of China’s southwest border and of the framework of the "three horizontal and four vertical" railway network in Yunnan Province.It is a new channel for Yunnan people to go to other provinces and goods to go to sea.Two plans for Mengzi Station and Honghe Station are introduced in accordance with general situation of existing lines in Mengzi railway area,characteristics of traffic flow,construction sequence of related planned lines,as well as general layout of hub and overall urban planning.After comprehensive comparison and selection,the paper suggests to introduce the Mengzi station plan which go along the east side of the Kunyuhe railway and coordination between Mengzi Railway terminaI and other railway lines in Mengzi area,and put forward the Mengzi general layout planning.This plan is of great significance for the other railways and the urban planning.
