国家级新型城区公交系统发展策略研究

摘　　要：国家级新型城区是承担国家重大发展的综合功能区,通常经济发展强劲、人口增长快速、独立成市、与主城区保持紧密联系,但公共服务水平滞后。针对国家级新型城区要求的适宜公交发展策略,通过分析东西湖区产业分布、人口分布等发展特征和现状公交线网、公交场站等公交特征,发现公交体系存在轨道交通偏心、线网结构不合理、覆盖不足、场站规模不足且稳定性差等问题,结合新区“独立成市、宜居宜业、承担主城组团生活功能”的功能定位和发展要求,充分发挥轨道交通作用,提出构建“快、干、支、微”的公交线网结构体系,为其他国家级新型城区的公交体系发展提供借鉴。National new urban areas are comprehensive functional areas that undertake major national development,usually with strong economic development,rapid population growth,independent cities and close links with the main urban areas but lagging public services.In order to put forward the appropriate public transport development strategy for the national new urban area,by analyzing the industrial distribution,population distribution and other development characteristics of Dongxihu,and the current situation of bus network,bus station and other bus characteristics,it is found that there are some problems in the bus system,such as rail transit eccentricity,unreasonable line network structure,insufficient coverage,insufficient station scale and poor stability of the bus station,combined with the functional positioning and development requirements of "independent city","livable and suitable for business" and "undertaking the living function of urban group" of the new distric,giving full play to the role of rail transit,puting forward the construction of "fast,main,feeder and micro" bus network structure system,which provides reference for the development of public transportation system in other national new urban areas.
