摘  要:为了解决电子数控皮革切割机中的切割效率,减少对皮革材料的成本浪费,从而进一步提升皮革裁床样片的切割路径优化方案。指出了皮革裁床样片切割路径中目前存在的问题,用数学算法分析了皮革裁床样片排版扩展轮廓中的错误,总结直线接直线、直线接圆弧、圆弧接圆弧三种皮革裁床样片的二维扩展轮廓算法,并依次进行了算法演示。结果表明,采用该方法对皮革切割机进行裁床样片扩展轮廓的设计,有效提高了切割效率及正确率。In order to solve the cutting efficiency in the electronic numerical control leather cutting machine, reduce the cost waste of leather materials, and further improve the cutting path optimization scheme of leather cutting machine samples.Pointed out the current problems in the cutting path of leather cutting machine samples, used mathematical algorithm to analyze the errors in the extended contour in the typesetting of leather cutting machine samples, summarized the two-dimensional extended contour algorithms of three kinds of leather cutting machine samples, namely, straight line to straight line, straight line to arc, and arc to arc, and the algorithm is demonstrated in sequence. The conclusion shows that using this method to design the extended contour of the leather cutting machine, the cutting efficiency and the correct rate have been effectively improved.
