摘 要:疏松砂岩颗粒胶结较差,高粘原油的携带和热采施工会加剧疏松砂岩稠油油藏的出砂问题,大量出砂将带来生产隐患和降低经济效益。目前主流防砂技术主要有机械防砂和化学固砂,化学固砂凭借其施工简单、高效、适用于细粉砂出砂的特点而得到了较快发展,具有很好的发展前景。本文总结了用于疏松砂岩稠油油藏的主要固砂技术,并提出化学固砂作为主流固砂技术将向着价廉、实用、高效、耐高温、能复合其它防砂工艺的方向发展。Unconsolidated sandstone particles are poorly cemented, and the carrying of high viscous crude oil and thermal recovery will aggravate the problem of sanding in unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs, and a large amount of well sanding will bring production hazards and reduce economic benefits. At present, the main sand control technologies include mechanical sand control and chemical sand consolidation. Chemical sand consolidation has been developed rapidly with its characteristics of simple construction, high efficiency and suitable for fine silt sand production. The main sand cementing technologies for unconsolidated sandstone heavy oil reservoirs were summarized, and it was pointed out that chemical sand cementing technology as the main sand cementing technology will be developed in the direction of low price, practicability, high efficiency, high temperature resistance, and can be combined with other sand control technologies.
