摘　　要：运用数理统计学分析方法,结合丹参饮片片径与内在指标成分对其质量进行综合考察,为丹参饮片的品质评价和质量控制提供参考。通过对60批丹参饮片的片径、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、丹参酮类(隐丹参酮、丹参酮I、丹参酮IIA)等进行考察;并通过IBM SPSS20.0软件对测定结果进行主成分分析、聚类分析以及相关性分析。结果显示,选择丹参的直径、迷迭香酸、丹酚酸B、丹参酮类含量作为等级划分的指标,聚类分析结果显示,将丹参饮片划分为三个等级。一等:平均片径在7.81~10.54 mm;二等:平均片径在5.1~7.31 mm;三等:平均片径在2.13~3.31 mm。本实验使用传统和现代相结合方法来研究丹参的等级,为丹参饮片等级划分提供参考。The mathematical statistical analysis method was used to comprehensively investigate the quality of Danshen decoction pieces combined with the diameter and internal index components, so as to provide reference for the quality evaluation and quality control of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces. The diameter, water-soluble extract, alcohol-soluble extract, rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B and tanshinone(cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I,tanshinone IIA) of 60 batches of Salvia miltiorrhiza decoction pieces were investigated.Principal component analysis, cluster analysis and correlation analysis were performed on the measured results by SPSS 20.0 software.Results showed that the diameter of Salvia miltiorrhiza,rosmarinic acid, salvianolic acid B,and tanshinone content were selected as the grading indexes. The cluster analysis results showed that the decoction pieces of Salvia miltiorrhiza were divided into three grades: first class: average diameter was 7.81~10.54 mm, second class: average diameter was 5.1~7.31 mm, third grade: average diameter was 2.13~3.31 mm. This experiment used traditional and modern methods to study the grade of Salvia miltiorrhiza,and provided reference for the classification of Salvia miltiorrhiza pieces.
