破乳型消泡剂在含聚稠油油田的应用

摘　　要：根据海上聚驱稠油特点,开发新型高效改性聚醚有机硅消泡剂X-01,该药剂消泡速度快,脱气效果优于二甲基硅油类消泡剂,加注30 mg/L可将原油脱气率提高到100%,同时消泡剂X-01具有良好的辅助脱水效果。消泡剂X-01应用后,油田外输原油含水从8%降至6%,日脱气量增加1000m^(3),油田火炬燃烧状态改善,火炬黑烟量大幅减少,能够大幅降低破乳剂和消泡剂的加注浓度,具有良好的推广应用价值。According to the characteristics of offshore polymer flooding heavy-oil, a novel highly efficient modified polyether silicone defoamer X-01 was prepared. It was found that the defoamer X-01 could enhance degassing rate to 100%,and the degassing rate and auxiliary dehydration effect were significantly better than dimethyl silicone oil defoamer. Field test result showed that defoamer X-01 could efficiently solve the degassing problem and the torch smoke problem, water cut of output crude oil dropped from 8% to 6%,the concentration of demulsifier and defoamer had been reduced dramatically, and had good application value.
