摘　　要：根据2010~2020年间湖南省申请和获得国家自然科学基金项目的数据,从项目资助类型、项目承担单位及学科分布等方面出发,探讨了申请和获得项目数的变化规律,深入分析了湖南省获得国家自然科学基金项目资助的现状和面临的问题,总结了湖南省在人才项目支持力度、学科发展以及项目全程管理方面的工作措施与经验启迪,同时提出了更进一步的工作建议。Based on the data of application and founding of NSFC of Hunan Province from 2010 to 2020, the change rule in the number of application and founding were discussed in this research from the aspects of types of funding, project undertaking institutions and subject distribution. This research analyzes deeply the status quo and the existing problems of founding of NSFC of Hunan Province and summarizes the work measures and experience and enlightenment of Hunan Province in the aspects of talent project support, subject development, and whole-process project management. At the same time, it puts forward further work suggestions.
