针刺联合梅花针叩刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺联合梅花针叩刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年3月符合纳入标准的患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。于治疗前后进行VAS评分及PSQI评分,评估治疗效果。结果:观察组临床总有效率84.00%(21/25),明显高于对照组的76.00%(19/25)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分较治疗前差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后PSQI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合梅花针叩刺治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效明显,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with plum needle percussion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:A total of 50 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected from March 2019 to March 2021 and randomly divided into observation group and control group,of which 25 cases were observed group and 25 cases were control group.VAS score and PSQI score were performed before and after treatment to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:treatment group was good;the VAS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.01),and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).PSQI scores of 2 groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was significantly different from the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Plum-blossom Needle Percussion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has a good clinical effect,worthy of clinical promotion.
