摘　　要：肺栓塞的发病率逐年升高,致死率极高。目前肺炎并发肺栓塞的研究报道较少,未引起足够重视。本文对肺炎并发肺栓塞的中西医发病机制及研究现状综述如下,为临床应用及进一步研究提供依据。The incidence of pulmonary embolism is increasing year by year and the mortality rate is very high.At present,pneumonia complicated with pulmonary embolism has been rarely reported,which has not attracted enough attention.In this paper,the pathogenesis of pneumonia complicated with pulmonary embolism in both Chinese and Western medicine and the current research status are summa-rized as follows,providing basis for clinical application and further research and development.
