街道与建筑的日照综合影响因素分析——塞尔达巴塞罗那规划研究缺失的一环

摘　　要：塞尔达巴塞罗那规划是当前世界小街区、密路网、城市高密度混合的典范。在此格局中与正南北扭转45°的路网布局方式是保障日照前提下建筑与城市空间实现各种优化的基础。运用相关模拟仿真软件,试图对以巴塞罗那规划为代表的街区式建筑布局进行深入分析,探究塞尔达布局的城市肌理形成的最基础原因,并揭示其群体布局上兼顾良好的街道尺度和高容积率的秘诀,为我国在相似条件下实现小街区、密路网的布局提供参考。The Zelda Barcelona plan is the world’s current model of mixing small blocks, dense road networks, and high-density city. In this pattern, the layout of the road network reversed 45° to the north, south, and north is the basis for various optimizations in building and urban space under the premise of ensuring sunshine. This article uses related simulation software to try to make an in-depth analysis of the block-style building layout represented by the Barcelona plan, explore the most basic reasons for the formation of the urban texture of the Zelda layout, and reveal the secret of good street scale and high floor area ratio in its group layout, which provides a reference for the layout of small blocks and dense road network under similar conditions in China.
