摘 要:城市用地的饱和逐渐压缩了幼儿园的建设用地面积,越来越多的民办幼儿园选择与其他功能建筑合建,这必将影响幼儿园内部的空间结构。本文探究了幼儿园生活单元空间设计的发展历程,将不同时期生活单元的空间结构与布局特点进行了阐述与对比,并整理归纳了各个阶段构成模式的优点与缺点。同时,通过对青岛市J区两所合建式幼儿园生活单元的调查,发现单元空间在活动面积、装饰语言、功能分区以及与自然的联系上存在着严重不足。针对这些问题,在不改变建筑原有空间布局的基础上,结合模块化设计、五感体验设计与仿生设计等理念,对生活单元的内部更新提出建议,以改善空间品质,为今后合建式幼儿园生活单元的设计提供进一步的参考。The saturation of urban land gradually reduces the construction land area of kindergartens, and more and more private kindergartens choose to build with other functional buildings, which will definitely affect the spatial structure of the internal kindergartens.This paper probes into the development process of the spatial design of kindergarten living units, expounds and compares the spatial structure and layout characteristics of living units in different periods, and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the composition modes in each stage. At the same time, by investigating the living units of two co-constructed kindergartens in J District of Qingdao, it is found that there are serious deficiencies in the activity area, decorative language, functional zoning and the connection with nature in the unit space. In order to solve these problems, on the basis of not changing the original spatial layout, combining the concepts of modular design, five-sense experience design and bionic design, we put forward some suggestions on the internal renewal of living units,so as to improve the spatial quality and provide further reference for the future design of living units in cooperative kindergartens.
