摘 要:介绍了国家水资源监控能力建设广西二期项目的主要内容及完成情况。论述了工程设计方案及其特点,对项目总承包模式进行了初步探讨。项目的建成,使广西水资源监控能力显著加强,提高了水资源管理数据的真实性、完备性和有效性;提高了水资源管理业务的统一性、规范性和时效性;水资源管理支撑有效增强,提高了水资源决策的综合性、科学性和合理性。An introduction was made on the major contents and completion of Guangxi 2nd-stage project of national water resources monitoring capacity building. The author presented the design scheme and characteristics of the project, and discussed the general contracting mode adopted. With the completion of this project, the water resources monitoring capacity of Guangxi is obviously strengthened;the authenticity, completeness and validity of water resources data and the unity, standardization and timeliness of water resources management affairs are improved;the water resources administration support is effectively strengthened;the comprehensiveness, scientificity and rationality of water resources decision-making is improved.
