地下厂房桥式布料机系统设计与研究

摘　　要：乌弄龙水电站地下厂房长117 m,跨度24.5 m。共布置4台单机容量为247.5 MW的水轮发电机组。4台机组段的肘管、蜗壳及机墩风罩混凝土约为5.8万m^(2),在地下厂房混凝土施工的同时,交叉进行机电安装作业。为解决混凝土入仓手段及与机电安装干扰的问题,设计了一种新型的地下厂房桥式布料机,主要用于主厂房1#~4#机、高程1 795.5~1 812.5 m范围内的混凝土浇筑施工。The underground powerhouse of Wunonglong Hydropower Station dimensioning 117m-long and 24.4mwide accommodate four turbine generator units each with a capacity of 247.5MW. The concrete quantity of elbow tube, spiral case and unit hood is about 58 000 m^(2). During the concreting construction of underground powerhouse,mechanical and electrical installation will be conducted at the same time. In order to solve the interference between concrete placing and electro-mechanical installation, a new type bridge distributing machine was designed for the concreting construction of main powerhouse within the scope of No.1~No.4 unit section and at EL. 1795.5~1812.5m.
