摘　　要：针对温州珊溪水利枢纽水调系统信息不能共享,调度平台设置重复,水资源无法实现高效利用问题,通过科学分析论证其智能一体化管控平台,以及一体化平台各类业务需求间的相互关系,提出合理可行的建设规划,并围绕构建具备水、电耦合机制的枢纽经济调度模式;流域远程集中“运管一体化”调控模式;基于虚拟服务器的计算机设备体系;基于调度一体化智能平台体系等方面进行研究创新,为珊溪水利枢纽智能一体化调度平台顺利实施提供理论支撑,真正实现珊溪水利枢纽电站和渠系的远程监控五遥(遥信、遥测、遥控、遥调、遥视)功能,达到水调电调、引水供水远程集中控制,优化联合调度,提高飞云江流域水能高效利用的目标。The water regulation system information of Shanxi Water Conservancy Project in Wenzhou City is not able to be shared and the regulating platform is repeatedly set. The water resources fail to be utilized efficiently. In view of these problems, the author discussed the intelligent integrated management and control platform for this project,analyzed the relationship between various business requirements, and put forward a rational and feasible construction planning. Study and innovation were conducted focusing on the construction of the project economic dispatching mode with water and electricity coupling mechanism, remote centralized operation and management integrated regulation mode of river basin, computer equipment system based on virtual server, intelligent platform system based on integrated dispatching, which provide theoretical support for smooth implementation of intelligent integrated regulation platform at Shanxi Water Conservancy Project, so as to realize remote communication, remote measuring, remote control, remote regulating and remote visualization of power station and canals of this Project, achieve the targets of remote centralized control of water dispatching, electricity dispatching, water diversion and supply, optimizing joint dispatching, improving the water efficient utilization in Feiyunjiang river basin.
