摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》为东汉张仲景所著,是中医教育的核心课程,是一部理法方药完备、理论联系实际的中医临床医学著作,其中蕴含了丰富的定量思想,具有深刻的医学研究意义。此文从理、法、方、药4个方面入手,结合对原文和方证的分析,初探定量思想在《伤寒杂病论》辨治过程中的应用,以便学习和培养临床辨治思路,加深对《伤寒杂病论》的认识。Treatise on Febrile Diseases was written by Zhang Zhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty. It is a core course of Chinese medicine education. It is a clinical medicine work of Chinese medicine with complete principle-method-recipe-medicines of theory and practice. It contains rich quantitative thoughts and has profound medical research significance. This article starts from the four aspects of principlemethod-recipe-medicines,combined with the analysis of the original text and prescriptions,and explores the application of quantitative thoughts in the process of differentiation and treatment of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,so as to learn and cultivate the clinical differentiation and treatment ideas,and deepen understanding of Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
