益肾健脾汤治疗Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾健脾汤治疗脾肾两虚型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的70例糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者随机分为对照组(35例)及治疗组(35例)。对照组予西药基础治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用益肾健脾汤治疗,疗程为3个月。观察治疗前与治疗后患者的血肌酐、尿素氮、24 h尿蛋白定量及中医证候积分。结果治疗前2组年龄、病程、糖化血红蛋白、BMI等指标的差异无统计学意义,具有可比性;治疗后,2组的中医证候评分、肌酐、尿素氮、尿蛋白定量对比,治疗组指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为65.7%,对照组为37.1%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾健脾汤治疗糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期有显著疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Yishen Jianpi decoction in the treatment of stage IV diabetic nephropathy(DN)patients of deficiency of both spleen and kidney type.Methods 70 patients with stage IV DN were randomly divided into control group(n=35)and treatment group(n=35).The control group was treated with western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Yishen Jianpi decoction on the basis of western medicine.The course of treatment was 3 months.The serum creatinine,BUN,24-hour urinary protein and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,duration of disease,Hb A1 C,BMI and other indicators between the two groups,which was comparable;after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,creatinine,BUN and urinary protein of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 65.7%,and that of the control group was 37.1%,and there had significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Yishen decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy of stage IV patients.
