摘　　要：随着汽车电子产品越来越精致,对表面贴装技术的要求越来越高。阈值估计是汽车电子产品表面砧装技术的重要组成部分,本文通过用贝叶斯理论对阈值进行估计,得到其估计值,加强锡膏印刷工艺的准确性,提高表面砧装技术成功率。The increasingly exquisite automotive electronic products require better surface mount technology,in which threshold estimation plays an important role.In this paper,the threshold is estimated by Baye's Theorem to obtain its estimated value,so as to strengthen the accuracy of solder paste printing process and improve the success rate of surface mount technology.
