摘　　要：为了满足地方铁路减员增效的需求,同时符合当前国铁集团对于在普速车站实施区域集中控制方案的发展要求,结合地方铁路的作业特点,设计开发了地方铁路综合自动化控制系统。该系统涵盖了集控区域调度监督、多站阶段计划管理、多站现车管理、列车进路一键办理、调车进路自动办理、进路安全卡控等功能,提高了地方铁路整体的信息化和自动化水平,降低了调度中心及车站作业人员的工作强度,在保证铁路运输生产安全性的同时,提高了地方铁路的运输生产效率。To meet the needs of downsizing staffs and improving efficiency of local railway and to conform to the promotion of centralized area control by China Railway Group for general-speed stations,the Integrated Automation Control System for Local Railway is designed and developed based on the operation characteristics of local railway.The Integrated Automation Control System for Local Railway covers the functions of dispatching supervision of centrally controlled area,management of multi-station stage plan,management of on-hand cars at multiple stations,train route handling by one-key hit and automatic handling of shunting route,safety control of route,improving the level of informatization and automation of local railway and reducing the work intensity of the control center dispatchers and station operators.Thus,the transportation safety of local railway can be guaranteed and the transportation efficiency of local railway is also improved.
