摘 要:鉴于边坡加固防护中水泥浆灌浆时出现跑浆、漏浆、塌孔和堵管等情况,通过多因素试验研究了水灰比、速凝剂对水泥浆的凝结时间、Marsh流动性和抗压强度的影响规律。研究表明:掺速凝剂的水泥浆随速凝剂掺量增加,凝结时间更短,流动性较差,早期强度较大,但后期强度有一定损失;掺速凝剂的水泥浆随水灰比增加,水泥浆的Marsh度有一定的增加,但变化不显著。通过数据处理和分析可得,掺速凝剂的水泥浆的凝结时间较短和早期抗压强度较好的速凝剂掺量均为2%~3%,水灰比为0.5~0.55,为了获取好的流动性速凝剂掺量宜控制在2%以内。In view of the situation of running out of grout, grout leakage, collapsed hole and blocked pipe during grouting in slope reinforcement and protection. The effects of water-cement ratio and Flash setting admixtures on the setting time, Marsh fluidity and compressive strength of Cement paste were studied through multi-factor experiments. The test results show that the Cement paste mixed with Flash setting admixtures increases with the amount of Flash setting admixtures, The setting time is shorter, the fluidity is poorer, the early strength is larger, but the later strength has a certain loss. With the increase of water-cement ratio, the Marsh degree of Cement paste has a certain increase, but the change is not significant. Through data processing and analysis, The setting time of Cement paste which mixed with Flash setting admixtures is shorter and the content of Flash setting admixtures with better early compressive strength is 2%~3%, the water-cement ratio is 0.5~0.55. In order to obtain the better fluidity, the dosage of Flash setting admixtures should be controlled within 2%.
