摘　　要：外墙是建筑物的重要部分,建筑企业在施工中应关注墙面施工质量。文中针对建筑外墙渗漏问题,分析建筑外墙渗漏的原因,立足实际提出解决建议,完成项目在施工质量方面的管控任务。The exterior wall is the main part of the building. Construction companies need to pay attention to the wall construction and carry out quality control during construction. Aiming at the leakage of building exterior walls, this paper analyzes the causes of building exterior wall leakage, puts forward solutions based on the actual situation, and completes the management and control tasks of the project in terms of construction quality.
