摘　　要：文中以厦门市珩边居住区保障性安居工程为例,探索该工程背景下的建设项目工程造价风险管理措施,希望能够为相关工作人员提供参考。This article takes the affordable housing project in the Hengbian residential area of Xiamen as an example, explores the construction project cost risk management measures in the context of the project, hoping to bring some reference to relevant staff.
