无锡市医疗机构结核病实验室检测人员技能竞赛结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解和评估无锡市医疗机构结核病实验室检测人员的知识结构和技能水平,为推进实验室队伍建设提供参考依据。方法 2020年对全市具备结核病实验室检测能力的二级及以上医疗机构的检测人员进行初赛选拔,采用理论知识测评和操作技能考核相结合的方法开展竞赛评估,利用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果共有来自36家医疗单位的42名选手参与竞赛。42名选手的理论成绩平均为(57.3±16.7)分,及格率为42.86%(18/42),不同理论知识的掌握情况不同,其中实验室检测及生物安全知识平均为(31.9±11.1)分,及格率为71.43%(30/42);病原微生物基本知识平均为(13.9±6.2)分,及格率为45.24%(19/42);流行特点与防治政策平均为(10.7±4.5)分,及格率为7.14%(3/42)。痰涂片阅片平均为(50.0±9.5)分,及格率为95.24%(40/42),优秀率为88.10%(37/42);痰涂片制片平均为(36.8±6.3)分,及格率为92.86%(39/42),优秀率为64.29%(27/42),两者之间及格率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.213,P>0.05),但制片优秀率低于阅片优秀率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.563,P<0.05)。影响因素结果显示,中级及以上职称和研究生学历理论知识得分均高于同组其他选手,差异有统计学意义(t=-2.889,P<0.01;F=4.548,P<0.05)。结论无锡市结核病实验室检测人员相关理论知识有所欠缺,操作技能水平参差不齐,今后需有针对性地加强培训,引进高层次人才,优化实验室人才队伍建设。Objective To evaluate the knowledge structure and experimental skills of inspectors from tuberculosis laboratories in Wuxi medical institutions, and to provide basis for promoting capacity building of laboratory teams.Methods The inspectors from medical institutions at Grade II or above with TB laboratory detection capacities were selected from the preliminary competition in 2020.The competition was implemented by combining tuberculosis-related theoretical knowledge test and laboratory skills operation, and SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 42 players from 36 medical institutions participated in the competition.The average theoretical scores of 42 inspectors hit(57.3±16.7) points with a pass rate of 42.86%(18/42).The mastery of different theoretical knowledge varied, the average score of laboratory testing and biosafety knowledge came up to(31.9±11.1) points with a pass rate of 71.43%(30/42).The average scores of basic knowledge for pathogenic microorganism hit(13.9±6.2) points with a pass rate of 45.24%(19/42).The average score of epidemic characteristics and control policy hit(10.7±4.5) points with a pass rate of 7.14%(3/42);the average reading score of sputum smears amounted to(50.0±9.5) points with a pass rate of 95.24%(40/42) and an excellent rate of 88.10%(37/42),and average production score of sputum smears hit(36.8±6.3) points with a pass rate of 92.86%(39/42) and an excellent rate of 64.29%(27/42).The difference in the pass rate of such two score of sputum smears wasn’t statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.213,P>0.05),but the excellent rate of production of sputum smears was lower than that of reading of sputum smears, and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.563,P<0.05);the results of factors showed that the theoretical knowledge scores of intermediate professional titles or above and postgraduate education were higher than such index of other players in the same group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=-2.889,P<0.01;F=4.548,P
