摘  要:目的了解保定市生活饮用水卫生状况,改善和提高生活饮用水卫生质量。方法2018—2020年采集保定市城区和农村集中式供水水样,按GB/T 5750—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》对菌落总数、总大肠菌群和大肠埃希菌3种微生物指标进行检测。结果共检测水样1310份,合格率84.66%。城区合格率(85.33%)略高于农村(84.46%),但差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.14,P>0.05);大型集中式供水厂合格率(97.14%)高于小型集中式供水厂合格率(80.10%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=57.33,P<0.05);地表水合格率(98.47%)高于地下水合格率(83.12%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.39,P<0.05);枯水期合格率(86.84%)高于丰水期合格率(82.53%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.57,P<0.05);3项微生物指指标中大肠埃希菌合格率最高(97.40%)。不同水期出厂水、末梢水和二次供水合格率分别为85.10%、84.10%和100.00%,差异不明显。用消毒剂处理的饮用水合格率明显高于不消毒的饮用水的合格率。结论2018—2020年保定市生活饮用水整体水质比较稳定,但仍存在一些不合格因素,还需进一步提高生活饮用水质量。Objective To strengthen and improve the sanitary quality of drinking water by understanding the sanitary status of drinking water in Baoding.Methods Water samples from urban and rural centralized water supplies in Baoding were collected from 2018 to 2020,and three microbial indexes including the total number of colonies,total coliform group and escherichia coli were detected in accordance with GB/T 5750—2006 Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water.Results A total of 1310 water samples,with the percent of pass in 84.66%were tested.The percent of pass in urban areas(85.33%)was slightly higher than that in rural areas(84.46%),and the difference wasn’t statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.14,P>0.05).The percent of pass of large-size centralized water supply plant(97.14%)was higher than that of small-size centralized water supply plant(80.10%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=57.33,P<0.05).The percent of pass of surface water(98.47%)was higher than that of groundwater(83.12%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=21.39,P<0.05).The pass rate in dry season(86.84%)was higher than that in wet season(82.53%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.57,P<0.05).The percent of pass of Escherichia coli was the maximum(97.40%)among the three microbial indicators.The percent of pass of factory water,terminal water and secondary water supply during different water flow season were 85.10%,84.10%and 100.00%,respectively,and the difference was insignifcant.The percent of pass of drinking water treated with disinfectants was significantly higher than that of undisinfectants.Conclusion The overall quality of drinking water in Baoding from 2018 to 2020 is relatively stable,while there are some unqualified factors,and the quality of drinking water is required to be further improved.
