摘 要:目的了解广州市从化区广州管圆线虫中间宿主和终末宿主感染状况,为广州管圆线虫病防控提出科学依据。方法对捕捉到的鼠类进行解剖,在鼠心脏和肺血管查找广州管圆线虫成虫;用组织匀浆法对采集的螺类、蛞蝓进行处理,在显微镜下检查沉渣中的广州管圆线虫Ⅲ期幼虫。结果共捕获小鼠193只,其中褐家鼠59只、黄胸鼠17只、黄毛鼠111只、臭鼩鼱5只、小家鼠1只,解剖查找心脏及肺血管,没有发现广州管圆线虫。共采集褐云玛瑙螺181只、皱巴坚螺140只、福寿螺172只、蜗牛180只、石螺220只、蛞蝓136条,除石螺未发现广州管圆线虫幼虫感染外,蛞蝓和其它4种螺类均发现广州管圆线虫幼虫感染,褐云玛瑙螺感染率为2.21%、皱巴坚螺感染率为7.14%、福寿螺感染率为1.74%。结论广州市从化区存在广州管圆线虫的自然疫源地,中间宿主皱巴坚螺感染率高于褐云玛瑙螺和福寿螺,终末宿主小鼠心脏和肺血管未发现广州管圆线虫。Objective To provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of Angiostrongylus cantonensis by understanding the infection conditions of Angiostyongylus cantonensis in the middle host and the final host in Conghu District,Guangzhou.Methods The adult Angiostyongylus cantonensis was found in the heart and pulmonary vessels of rats by dissecting caught mice.The acquired snails and slugs were treated by tissue homogenization,andⅢstage larvae of Angiostyongylus cantonensis in the sediments under microscope were checked.Results A total of 193 mice were captured,and there were 59 Rattus norvegicus,17 Rattus flavescens,111 Rattus lossea,5 Suncus muriun and 1 Mus musculus.No Angiostrongylus cantonensis was found in the heart and pulmonary vessels.A total of 181 Achatina fulica,140 Camaena cicatricose,172 Ampullaria crossean,180 Snails,220 Bobylonia oreolata and 136 Slugs were acquired.Angiostyongylus cantonensis larvae were found to be infected in Slugs and other four species of Snails except for Bobylonia oreolata.The infection rate was 2.21%for Achatina fulica,7.14%for Camaena cicatricose and 1.74%for Ampullaria crossean respectively.Conclusion There is natural nfectious focus of Angiostrongylus cantonensis in Conghua District,Guangzhou,and the infection rate of intermediate host in Camaena cicatricose is higher that of Achatina fulica and Ampullaria crossea,and no Angiostrongylus cantonensis was found in the heart and pulmonary vessels of the final host mice.
