摘　　要：兰州石化乙烯裂解装置Honeywell TPS集散控制系统自2003年升级改造以来,多次出现UCN网络运行报警,甚至会导致UCN网络冗余A/B网通讯电缆中断,造成TPS系统失控。针对Honeywell TPS系统UCN网络运行报警,DCS系统维护人员采取有效的措施,避免了故障的再次发生。The Honeywell TPS distributed control system of Lanzhou Petrochemical ethylene cracking unit has been upgraded since 2003. The UCN network operation alarm has occurred for many times, which even lead to the interruption of UCN network redundant A/B network communication cable, resulting in the TPS system out of control. For the UCN network operation alarm of Honeywell TPS system, DCS system maintenance personnel to take effective measures to avoid the recurrence of the fault.
