摘  要:动力总成悬置系统(Powertrain Mounting System,PMS)的可靠性分析存在不确定参数建模不准确和计算效率低下的问题。因此,文中将概率盒(probability box,p-box)引入到PMS不确定性分析中,并提出基于拒绝采样原理的PMS混合不确定性分析方法。首先,为了获得固有特性计算方程,建立PMS的12自由度模型;然后,分析随机变量和参数化p-box变量的特点,实现两种变量的统一表达;再次,提出一种基于双层蒙特卡罗抽样法和基于拒绝采样原理的混合不确定性分析方法,实现PMS固有特性响应的不确定性分析;最后,通过实际案例验证了所提方法的有效性和高效性。The analysis on reliability of powertrain mounting systems(PMS) has the problems of inaccurate parameter modeling and low calculation efficiency.Therefore,in this article the probability box(p-box) is introduced to the analysis on uncertainty of PMS,and a mixed analytical method for PMS uncertainty according to the principle of rejection sampling is proposed.Firstly,in order to obtain the inherent characteristic calculation equations,a 12 degree of freedom model of PMS is set up.Then,the characteristics of random variables and parameterized p-box variables are explored,in order to realize the unified expression of the two variables.Thirdly,a mixed analytical method based on the double-layer Monte Carlo sampling method and the rejection-sampling principle is worked out,so as to achieve the analysis on uncertainty of the PMS inherent characteristic response.Finally,some practical cases have verified that this method is efficient and effective.
