摘 要:我国是典型的农业大国,农业在中国文化历史发展中具有很高的地位。农业收割机是实现机械化的重要装备,目前的农机跟随系统需要多名驾驶员参与,工作效率低,应用于农作物收割作业且自动化程度高的农机自动装载跟随系统具有广阔前景。文中将应用TRIZ理论进行农机跟随系统创新设计,首先,根据用户需求在相关产品基础上进行功能分析建立农机自动装载跟随系统的功能模型;其次,对其进行因果分析和资源分析;再次,对建立的功能模型进行功能裁剪,并建立了改进功能模型,然后以改进功能模型为基础,运用物质-场分析和标准解进行问题求解;针对系统中存在的冲突问题应用冲突矩阵和发明原理及分离原理进行冲突求解;最后,基于最终理想解对农机自动装载跟随系统进行分析,最终得到农机自动装载跟随系统的创新设计方案。China is a typical agricultural country,and agriculture has very high position in the development of Chinese culture and history.Agricultural harvesters are important equipment to realize mechanization.The current agricultural machinery’s following system requires the participation of multiple drivers,and working efficiency is low.The automatic loading and following system for agricultural machinery is applied to crop harvesting operations and has a high degree of automation,with broad prospects.This article applies the TRIZ theory to the innovative design of the agricultural machinery’s following system.Firstly,the functional model of agricultural machinery’s automatic loading and following system is set up based on functional analysis on the related products according to the users’ requirement;secondly,the cause-effect and resource analysis is carried out;thirdly,the model is functionally tailored,and an improved function model is set up.Then,based on the improved function model,matter-field analysis and standard solution are used to solve the problem;the conflict matrix and the principles of invention and separation are used to solve the conflict problems in the system.Thanks to the final ideal solution,agricultural machinery’s automatic loading and following system is explored;finally,an innovative design scheme of agricultural machinery’s automatic loading and following system is worked out.
