摘 要:为提高产品设计方案评价的科学性和有效性,提出一种基于累积前景理论的设计评价方法。针对智能导购车的设计特征和老年人群的使用需求,构建了以美观性、易用性、功能性和安全性为1级评价指标的老年智能导购车设计评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法和熵权法相结合的综合赋权法对评价指标进行赋权。采用累积前景理论,构建正、负前景值矩阵,并确定累积前景权重函数,通过综合累积前景值计算,确定各方案的最终排序情况,并采用整体评估可用性问卷(Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire,PSSUQ)验证该方法在实际运用中的可行性和有效性。研究表明:该设计评价方法能有效帮助决策者进行设计方案整体评价与决策,同时为设计方案多属性决策方法提供了新思路。A design evaluation method based on cumulative prospect theory was proposed to improve scientificity and validity of product design solution evaluation.Aiming at the design characteristics of intelligent shopping guide car and requirements of the elderly group,a intelligent guide car for the elderly design evaluation index system was constructed with aesthetics,ease of use,functionality and safety as the level one evaluation indexes.The evaluation indexes were assigned with the comprehensive weighting method combined with analytic hierarchy process and entropy method.Cumulative prospect theory was used to construct a positive and negative prospect value matrices,and determine cumulative prospect weight functions.The ranking of each solution was detemined through the calculation of integrated cumulative prospect values.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method in practical application was verified using post-study system usability questionnaire.The study showed that the design evaluation method could effectively help decision makers to complete the evaluation and decision making of design solutions.This also provided new ideas for multi-attribute decision making method of design solutions.
