摘　　要：柴胡为常用解表药之一,为中国传统中药,应用广泛,具有和解表里、疏肝、升阳之功效。近年来因市场需求量增大,市场上出现柴胡混淆品及掺伪品,不利于用药安全。笔者收集了上海地区中药材市场常见正品柴胡(野生及栽培),混淆品南柴胡及其伪品大叶柴胡、竹叶柴胡、藏柴胡、锥叶柴胡、小叶黑柴胡,并对其药材及饮片进行性状鉴别比较,为柴胡传统经验鉴定提供客观参考。Bupleurum is one of the commonly used antiseptic drugs for China’s traditional Chinese medicine,and widely used.Bupleurum chinense has the effect of reconciling exterior and interior,soothing liver and raising Yang.In recent years,because of the increase of market demand,there appeared mixed products and adulterated products of Bupleurum on the market,which was not conducive to the safety of drug use.In order to provide an objective reference for the traditional empirical identification of Bupleurum,the author collected the common real Bupleurum(wild and cultivated),the confused Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Willd and the counterfeit Bupleurum longiradiatum f.australe,Bupleurum marginatum Wall.ex DC.,Bupleurum bicaule Helm,Bupleurum marginatum Wall.ex DC.var.stenophyllum(Wolff)Shan et Y.Li and Bupleurum smithii var.parvifolium Shan et Y.Li from the Chinese herbal medicine market in Shanghai area.
