摘　　要：现龙砂学派代表性传承人顾植山教授指出,运气理论是中医学在"六气六律""五气更立"的周期变化理论基础上,探讨自然变化的周期性规律及其对机体健康、疾病的影响,并基于此进行治病、养生(治未病)的一门学问,是"天人合一"思想在中医临床运用方面的最高体现。本文阐述顾老运用五运六气理论,灵活运用"三因司天方"及运气思维指导下其他方剂及药物应用,调治一例复杂肠癌患者,体现了"司天、司人、司病证"相结合的诊疗体系的特点及重要性。Now dragon sand school representative inheritance Professor Gu Zhishan pointed out that five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is theory in traditional Chinese medicine in six climatic factors law five phases more set theory,based on the periodic change of the periodic law of natural change and its effects on the body health,and treatment based on this health(preventive treatment of disease)a science,is the unity of thought in the aspect of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine the highest embodiment of this paper from the old on the basis of the theory of five six air shipment,flexible use of three reasons for the company tianfang of science and other prescriptions and drugs under the guidance of thinking,the modulation medical record,in a patient with complicated bowel embodies celestial manager qi characteristics and importance of the combined diagnosis and treatment system.
