补阳还五汤结合针刺治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析补阳还五汤结合针刺对气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者肢体功能及血脂水平的影响。方法选取2015年12月—2020年6月东莞市人民医院收治的气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者68例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(34例)和对照组(34例)。对照组给予吡拉西坦片、氯吡格雷片、阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予补阳还五汤结合针刺治疗,2组均以14 d为一个疗程,1个疗程后停2 d,均治疗4个疗程。对比2组治疗后疗效,治疗前后MAS、FMA评分及总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平变化。结果观察组治疗后总有效率(91.18%)与对照组(76.47%)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组MAS、FMA评分均升高,且观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清TC、TG水平均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗气虚血瘀型中风恢复期患者的基础上予以补阳还五汤结合针刺疗效确切,可调节血脂,改善肢体运动功能。Objective To analyze the effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on limb function and blood lipid levels in patients with stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis in recovery period.Methods A total of 68 patients with stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis in recovery period were admitted to Dongguan People’s Hospital from December 2015 to June 2020 were selected and divided into the observation group(n=34)and the control group(n=34)according to the random number table.The control group was given piracetam tablets,clopidogrel tablets,and aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups took 14 d as a course of treatment,and stopped after 1 course of treatment for 2 d,and both had 4 courses of treatment.The curative effects after treatment,the MAS,FMA scores,total cholesterol(TC)and triacylglycerol(TG)levels before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(91.18%)was not significantly different from that of the control group(76.47%)(P>0.05).After treatment,the MAS and FMA scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum TC and TG levels of the two groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis in recovery period,Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a definite effect,which could regulate blood lipids and improve limb motor function.
